🪷About the Artist

Payment will be made through Stripe or PayPal invoices.

All base prices are listed in USD and cover Personal Use only.

Full payment will be sent upfront.

For payments made in currency other than MXN, a 3% international and processing fee will be added to the invoice. For payments made in MXN, no surcharge applies.

The Client may request for an invoice in MXN.

Displayed base prices are subject to adjustment depending on character complexity, detailed props, or complex backgrounds.

The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request at my discretion without explanation.

All communication must be conducted in writing via email or direct messages (DMs).

Clear visual references and a detailed brief must be provided by the Client. The Artist is not liable for errors resulting from missing or inaccurate information.

A redraw will count as a completely separate commission and will be charged as such.

The Artist reserves the right to decline critiques pertaining to her personal artistic skill and style preference (e.g., anatomy, coloring, style, etc.) if it reduces the artistic quality of the final piece.

The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund at any time due to poor commnication, inappropiate behavior, or breach of agreement on behalf of the Client.

The Client can request a cancellation before work has started and get a 100% refund. A refund cannot be requested otherwise.

All artwork is created digitally using Clip Studio Paint / Photoshop and a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet.

The Client may not make prints or profit from Personal Use artwork.

The Client may resize or crop the artwork to create social media profile pictures, signatures, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself or have someone else alter the work.

The Artist retains the original copyright and ownership of the artwork, which includes but may not be limited to: redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the work on her website, social media and portfolios, according to her discretion.

The Artist retains the rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, Commercial Use and reselling rights are not included. Commercial means any monetized work including, but not exclusive to: branding, merchandise, monetized videos, monetized streams, album covers; and reselling rights means selling the work to another party or another platform.

Commercial Use licenses require a +100% surcharge on the base price and must be agreed upon in writing.

The Client may not claim the work as their own or anyone else’s and therefore must credit me as the artist using my social tag (@lunartica).

Any work done or made available to the Client must not, under any circumstances, be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML training, NFT, blockchain, or any for profit platforms or purposes). Such unauthorized usage is completely prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.

In addition to your commission description, please add your character(s) personality (archetypes, interests, energy levels), and information such as: height, age, nationality or ethnicity (if applicable), skin color, eye color and any distinguishing features for better portrayal of your character(s).

Any references pertaining to the commission such as: image files, assets, videos, or Pinterest mood boards shall be included. It’s crucial you provide me with as much information as necessary about your characters, the context, and the theme or genre.

Non-visual details such as personality, feelings about the other character(s) and the type of relationship between the characters, should be included if relevant to the commission.

In the case of contract through email, please include application of choice for communication, and links to your socials to confirm online presence and identity.
